Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ICAI Lucknow, we understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of an event registration. Please take note of the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
  1. Cancellation by Registrant:
  • If you wish to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us at  leastlucknow@icai.org prior to the event date.
  • Cancellations made within this stipulated time frame will be eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee according norms.
  • Cancellations made after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Cancellation by ICAI Lucknow:
  • In the event that ICAI Lucknow cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 Days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.

  • No refunds will be provided for registrants who do not attend an event or fail to cancel their registration within the specified period.
